Note: HeatRot gets a 1,500 heal from Twisted Tree every 3 seconds, and Twisted Tree (an NPC) is up the ramps on the top. What you do is leave Longbrough fighting, run up the ramps, target Twisted Tree and attack him until he is at about 65% health when he will become "untargetable." Then run down the ramps and kill the roots, back up to Twisted Tree and attack until he's about 35% and again untargetable, back down ramps to kill roots, back up to Twisted Tree for final 35% until he is dead. Then no more heals, and HeartRot will die pretty quickly. Longbrough has a LOT of Morale, and does some self healing, so you have plenty of time to go back and forth killing Twisted Tree.
