To Start: Speak to Lucca De'Flor in Snowhill.
Lucca De'Flor says,"I once spent some time with a Robgoblin chef named Glerga who taught me to appreciate food that most people would call "gross".

You can find her with the Robgoblin camp. I believe they are just outside Lakeshore right now. "

Visit Glerga at the Robgoblin Camp north of Lakeshore.
This is a Search quest.  This quest will advance the Chef job.
