Speak to Nika at 4251, -1095, 2055 Copy in Cobalt Scar to begin this quest.

1. Speak to Odder in Nipik's Haven in Eastern Wastes. ( -1235, -540, 3440 ) Copy
2. Click on him again to give him the pendant.
3. After a moment, speak to Odder again.
4. Return to Nika to complete the quest.

• New Combine Issued Adornment Lever (when used, removes all adornments but destroys item or makes it appearance-only)
