eq2 mob:a tormenting anguish  

This mob casts a debuff, Ill Gotten Pain, that decreases INT and STR by 300 and inflicts 4k-8k disease damage. The debuff is not curable and lasts several minutes. Even better, this mob is so anti-social that he will attack you on sight even if the zone is grey and, if you do not do something about it, he WILL kill you!
