	To Start: Speak to Twingnbor in Wugachug. Twingnbor says,"We need to celebrate! Can't let a few bad apples ruin the good time, can we? Why don't you hand out some mugs of sasparilla to help celebrate your victory? Just be quick, we want to make sure they are ice cold! " This is a Minigame quest. Membership is required to begin this quest.

You need to play the minigame Victory Celebration to complete this quest.

This quest unlocks Victory Celebration minigame for further play.

Note: The minigame starter is a barrel right next to Twingnbor. Currently, the Direction Indicator to the barrel is labeled IWMG 384, but I am sure that is just an oversight and the label will get corrected in the next patch.
