Patrol your territory and eliminate threats. In this operation, you will be asked to slay a notorious monster spawned by touching a "???" in the zone outside of your city.

Walkthrough

Head to the position given to you in the mission description. Clicking the ??? will spawn a Goblin Picaroon. He is a Thief type with around 9k hp. Soloable by some jobs at 75, including White Mage, Warrior, Summoner, and Red Mage. Once he is dead, check the ??? again for your XP reward. Return to the mission giver to complete the OP and gain your allied notes.
