'Head south from the Deep Descent and then take the east path at the crossroads, and you should find Stiling there.'

Stiling is scouting the outskirts of Gamil Filik in the Silvertine Lodes, south and then slightly east of the Deep Descent.

You should speak with Stiling and offer your services against the goblin threat.
