in North Downs in the northern middle of Annundir (between Fornost and Kingsfell), there is a mound (before most of the other mounds). Near the top around a bunch of wolves (or wolf-like mobs) there is a body and a satchel. Loot the satchel.

Cracked Dwarf Carvings can also be found in chests and urns throughout North-Downs (you may want to bring a friend to distract mobs for you).

Thats not what this is Cindero. The satchel in Annundir contains the Lost Stanzas of Aiglos... the cracked dwarf carvings drop off of mobs in southern part of the North-Downs.
