It was discovered when players on Test found that Shepherd of the Celestial Watch had two new pages added to it. While the event is over, you can still do this and get your Temple of Life.

Fish from the a glowing school of Koalindl in the waters around The Temple of Life and get a koalindl. Examine it, decide it's too small, and throw it back and you get a koalindl scale key.

Take the key to The Down Below and find a small chest at -206, 0, -24 Copy . Unlock the chest to receive Seeress Ealaynya Ithis's Prophecies: Book Three and Temple of Life, a house item.
