/magic allows a player to utilize a magic spell on friend or foe without entering the menu system or utilizing a macro.

Alias	/ma
Usage	/magic "(magic name)" <target name>
Description	Uses magic on a specified player or monster. You cannot cast a spell you have not yet learned. You cannot cast magic in areas where prohibitions have been placed, or if you have been silenced or muted.
Example	/magic Silena Bob /ma "Cure IV" <me>

Use of this command can be used for all types of magic, including Black Magic, White Magic, Blue Magic, Ninjutsu, Summoning Magic and Songs.
