Rift, freezing at the character selection loading screenFollow

Hi, I just wanted to say that when I log in and It's going to character selection, the loading is stuck at 49% or 89%, and ive logged out, and back in many times and it still does it, please help, I would like to play rift again :(
Update: yes, I have looked into to this myself, but couldnt find a reliable awnser, also I wanted to see if others are having the same issue.

Thanks, I did not know that, silly me :( thought something was wrong lol, Im glad thats not the case
