Weekend Goals (12 Jul 13)Follow

Yay! Friday has rolled around and I'm going to get to relax more than I thought. Pink's mother postponed her visit to Beijing, so I will do the official "meet the parents" bit next week.

WOW: I'd like to get my Troll Warrior to 90; I also need to run DMF on various alts and farm VP on others. Sounds like a good excuse to spend time in front of the a/c!

RL: Pink kicked the weekend off by using a clue bat that she must have borrowed from Kaori in City Hunter. She tagged me with an early wedding present, a cross stitch embroidery that she intends to hang in our apartment after the wedding. It was the really big hammer -- the embroidery is blue roses, a pair of rings, and "love forever".

Long weekend for me - off until Wednesday.

RL: Might have some sort of graduation dinner for my brother's girlfriend tonight. I want to go and visit my old bosses tomorrow. Might have some fun with my sister early next week.

Also, Steam Summer Sale.

Gaming: Finish checking out the FFXIV Beta, since this is the last of the Phase 3 weekend. After this, it's just open beta and launch. The game is looking, feeling, and playing great. I just need to decide what I want to main.

I'm still playing through FFXIII.

And, you know, new Summer Sale games.

RL: My mom wants to do some school clothes shopping for my son, coupons/sales or whatever. Steam sale is looking good too. Hoping to otherwise relax and play WoW.

WoW: Decided to push thru and keep farming those annoying runestones for the legendary chain on my main. This despite my lack of interest in farming LFRs. Any ToT tier drops on any toon would be a surprise/miracle. I still need to hit the Faire for my lowbie monk, may work on leveling my 87 DK a bit. Otherwise the usual random fun runs.
