I recall the HW beats tribe having items you could get from them for relic weapon but did the ARR beat tribes have the same?
They did eventually. I'm not sure whether or not they did right at first.

They later added them to ARR tribes because there were so few ways to get the amount of say unidentified ore etc you needed at the time.
so then looks like I should be doing the SB beast tribe quests asap when they come out "just in case" unlike before when I never did them until there was something I wanted/needed from em (relic stuff) thus I had to spend weeks playing catchup on something most ppl already had done lol
Even if the beast tribes don't initially offer something useful for you, they're a good source of daily exp for other jobs.
