What is bards current skill speed cap?Follow

i,e whats the most SS you could/should have before its no longer beneficial? I thought it was 608 or 708.. which IS thats true then Im now currently at 730-760 without food. thus if i am WAY over cap i think it would be wise choose that on my remaining equipment i should focus on meldng det materia on to slots i would have normally but skill speed into right? (i know crit take priority over both but this question is in regards to equipment pieces that are already at their crit cap thus no more can be melded on).
