Hi guys,

I just back to the game yesterday, and I was trying to transfer my character to my friends' server, But I've been trying for hours to use my debit/credit cards to purchase the service on SE website. I contacted SE support, they said it is the bank. Then I called the bank, but everything on my accounts appears to be fine, no declined authorization signs ever. Did anyone encounter the same issue before? Please let me know, greatly appreciate it!

I wasn't able to use my debit/credit cards or adding them as my payment method at all to make any purchases on SE website and seeing the 401 or 601 error code. Here is a reference if any of you experience the same issue in the future.

The way to solve this is to purchase crysta with your paypal account and not making purchase directly with any debit/credit cards. imo, it's not convenient at all but in other words, it's more secured?
