Anduin Patrol  

'Times such as these call for the skills of a hunter, though more often than not it is not wild beasts but the servants of Enemy that we must pursue.

'Of late, there have been a few reports of enemy scouts crossing the Anduin, attempting to find some entrance unwatched into Lothlorien. With many of our guards currently looking west to staunch the angry hosts emerging from Moria, it would be of considerable aid to us if you could take it upon yourself to run a patrol up the banks of the Anduin, from here to the northern extent of the forest, ensuring that nothing passes unseen.

The river of Anduin flows north of Egladil, deep and wide, providing protection against assaults from the East.

Patrol the banks of the Anduin (0/4)
The river of Anduin runs northward from the Vineyards of Lorien.

Farasdur has asked you to patrol the banks of the Anduin and ensure that no enemy forces have gained a purchase on the west side of the river.

Objective 2
Talk to Farasdur near the Vineyards of Lothlorien
Farasdur is near the Vineyards of Lothlorien, south of the Anduin.

You should return to Farasdur and tell him the results of your patrol.

The four patrol points MAY have the following:

• First: 2 Goblin Scouts (60-61)
• Second: 1 Giant Anduin Lizard (lvl 61 Signature), and sometimes he summons 3 Summoned Lizard Swarmers
• Third: 2 Orc Way-finders (60-61)
• Fourth: 2-3 Hunting Craban (60-61)
