Turbine's Lord of the Rings Online Design a Horse Contest has a winner! This year, it's actually two winners as a mother/daughter team submitted the winning entry. GoldRushSE and her daughter designed the "Gold Fringe" horse which will now be turned into an in-game mount and will be given to visitors at the Turbine booth at PAX East.
