At the risk of having my karma bombed to oblivion and back a thousand times over and then shat on by 5 sumo wrestlers, then urinated on by 10 circus elephants, I'll play the devil's advocate here and ask:

1. Is this scenario not justification enough for an "ignore" feature to be added to the forums. Many people have casually mentioned how convenient it would be to be able to "blacklist" someone on the forums and never see any of their posts or responses to other posts.

2. Was he threatening the supposed victims with real life consequences or blackmail on the forums or improper use of admin privileges? If not, he's just some creep, and why couldn't he just be silenced long ago? Not sure it had to come to this.... (but I'll concede that I don't know every little detail)

If nothing else, this behavior was highly unbecoming for an employee on the job. It would get him fired anywhere else.
