I almost posted over the weekend, but didn't think anyone would read it.

Also, I have no idea what that is a photo of. I play ESO, still, though.

Definitely one of those stereotypical nerd things that are deeply meaningful to people who play the game, and make absolutely no sense to anyone who hasn't. Smiley: wink

The game is Eve Online. The "cyno" is a cynosural field generator. Basically a beacon (aka that little white animation next to the big spaceship) that allows other players to instantly warp their ships to your location. In gameplay they're usually used by either a covert ship to ferry in an invasion fleet, or by an ambushed player to call in reinforcements. They're also used in memorial quite frequently. Lighting a cyno is often a final send off for a deceased player or close friend. Memorial cyno fleets are also frequently disrupted by ambush also of course, because it's Eve Online, and 'fuck you' is the equivalent of someone giving you a friendly hello. Smiley: rolleyes

Funny, I only ever see you character hopping. Smiley: wink

How do you like the new Warden class? I've only leveled mine to 8 or so, but it seems pretty stacked: great selection of AoE DPS abilities, a full healing skill line, great tanking skills, flexibility for magicka or stamina builds.

I do character hop just about every day, when I am working, to get my research on, and my mail pick up.

My Warden is at level 25 right now, and I am having fun with it. I like the "Ice Mage with an Ice Staff" theme you can do. The story for Morrowind is pretty good.

But I don't think I have played with other people in several months. (Random strangers for a boss fight in a public dungeon not withstanding, I mean people that I know)
