Contact Pedlar  

Once summoned, the pedlar will only stay 5 minutes near the camp fire, then he's gone. Being able to summon him each 30 minutes, so now 25 minutes to wait.

The pedlar can be used to buy, sell or buyback stuff, but not to repair stuff. To see what he can sell, check Dexter Deep-pockets, Pedlar, that's the guy who comes when summoned from Dol Dinen's nearest camp fire. I've not summoned elsewhere yet, may be another name for the pedlar who'll come.
