Stirring Up Trouble  

from the jail, go back up and out of the jail map,,, after,,, follow tunnel, take first left, bend in tunnel to right, T intersection - turn left, go south bend to right , go west into large chamber, stay on high ledges continue to the North in large chamber cross over bridge and head east (don't go down stairs) after the bridge, there is a secret door in the stone, click on the stone and go into next Goblin tunnel area.

Follow the tunnel around to the west, then briefly north, and then turn east into open chamber. From here, there is a bridge just north from the opening into the chamber, the Post is directly under the bridge, either use the stairs or fall of bridge, you'll land on the posts
