Band of Numenor  

'Should you find yourselves battling those trespassers who have infiltrated the ruins of Annúminas, look you well for those who wear a band in the form of the ancient symbol of Númenor. These Black Númenóreans and their Angmarim allies are the favoured servants of Mordor, which has had a hand in all our woes of late -- even so far north as Evendim.

'Should you defeat such an opponent, bring the band to me as recognition of your deed and of the downfall of one of our most despised enemies!'

Cannuion told you that the Angmarim who occupy the ruined city of Annúminas are led by Black Númenóreans.

Collect a Band of Numenor

Black Númenóreans and Angmarim can be found within the ruined walls of Annúminas. Cannuion is at Tinnudir.

Cannuion has asked you to bring the the bands worn by the Black Númenóreans, who command the Angmarim at Annúminas, and their favoured servants.
