In Sight of the Bitter Stair  

The dwarves Sigrun and Greip are really easy for us Hunters to locate as they're practically standing on top of our Misty Mountains campsite. For everyone else you can find them at loc 19.1S, 2.9W, approximately an inch north of the RU in the words Northern bRUinen Source on the map.

Alternatively, head down the path out of Gloin's camp, turn left and head up the hill through Western Bruinen Source until you come to the large clearing where you'll find bears, Snow Beasts and Stonecaller's Circle. Head directly east/right through the gap in the hills upon entering the clearing and you'll find yourself in Northern Bruinen Source - a great, wide valley with Snow Beasts, worms and some humanoids. Hug the cliff to your left and move North. You'll soon see the campfire marked on your compass.
