NOTES:
This quest was really easy - you are transported to an instanced version of Naerost in Lone Lands where all the orcs are suddenly lvl 32+. Just sneak round the side and up the back steps to where the elite orc is normally in the outside world. There is a lvl 35 Orc patrolling the area here so I hid behind the tent on the top level until his path took him away from the sword (in the broken twoer section) nipped in and grabbed it.

Because you cannot go out the way you came in, I stealthed and waited for the guard to pass again, then wandered down to the next level, jumped the wall at the side and returned to Palma to be transported out. All in all I killed one Orc (for fun) but you could easily do this without killing a single Orc.
