Disarming the Valley  

'Lagorlam has told us of his bloody expedition to Taur Gonwaith and of your part in it. He also spoke of North-men carrying chests laden with weapons into a cave, in the south. While the others dwell upon the malefactions of the trolls, I am concerned by the very presence of Men from Angmar not to mention their arms.

'Every sword-hilt we remove from the grasp of an Angmarim is one less blade that may be brought to bear against the Free Peoples. Seek out weapon-chests in the troll-cave and bring them to me. I shall destroy the foul blades.

'If even one of the blades we seize would have otherwise slain an innocent, I shall count this day's labour worth the toil.'
