Brockenborings Watch Office  

Within each major hobbit settlement there is a shiriff. For the most part, these are make-shift law enforcement officers who tend to the needs of the curious hobbits. Yet, for the most part, they have been nothing more but figure-heads of sorts. Though they still hold office and take residence in their offices; such as the Brockenborings Watch Office. Included in these buildings are the respective shiriffs (obviously) and jails to house miscreants (though they are never used).
