Overhill  

n the north end of the Shire, west of the Greenfields, lies the lush Bindbole Wood and the village of Overhill within. The Hobbits here are certainly descendents of the Fallohides; for they love the surrounding of the wood and even excercise their labour upon it. Indeed, the residents of Overhill are foresters for the most part and provide bountiful amounts of lumber to the rest of the Shire and regions beyond. Yet in every forest there is dark, evil secrets and the Bindbole Wood is no different! Rumours speak of walking trees and deathly spiders. Whither will they come and threaten the residents?

The village of Overhill is one of many centres for crafting and resource collecting, especially for aspiring foresters. Yet it is not strictly that either: there are a plentiful amount of quests; and these vary from hunting bears to combatting deadly spiders and even aiding the mysterious walking trees of the north! Also, on the borders of this village is a leather worker and tanner: these hobbits can assist trades-persons in the collection of hides, should their supply run short.
