the first part of the riddle is completed by crossing to other side off river an finding the casket which is there by the statue.
the second part is the bullroarer statue in brokenborings in the shire, (i only found this out (by accident) when i spoke to bilbo in the homely home in rivendell.
still working on part 3 :((
