Chillgrip (Hill-beast)  

I waited for over 30 mins for this guy to appear, is he part of a quest maybe? Perhaps that is the only way he appears?

Then I did a spread-patterned search around the general area where he is purported to be, could NOT find him

Unfortunately, I feel that this guide is wrong ( I would be more than pleased to be corrected! ), and he is not here. I do in fact remember an Arctic Beast that had a name that resembled this guy very closely. He was north and west of Ita-Ma along the shoreline heading west in Forochel. Perhaps someone accidentally got the two confused. Weirder stuff has happened :)

As a positive comment. The location given for this guy by searching is a fair place to find a vein of Dwarf-Iron, and Platinum. If you are willing to put up with the Scara :):):)
