It's this costume! Why would anyone be afraid of a chicken?

I'd love to be a werewolf, but I need wolf fur to make the costume. If you bring me a few tufts from frostfang growlers, I'll give you a spooky treat. "

Ikee hates his costume. What he really wants to dress up as is a werewolf. If you can bring him back some wolf fur from the Frostfang Growlers wandering combat encounter, he will reward you.
This is a Combat quest. This quest is repeatable.
