The web team for the Lord of the Rings Online has updated its Characters of Middle-earth series with the addition of the legendary Thorin Oakenshield. A snippet is below:

Thorin II, noble Dwarf of Durin's Line and king of Durin's Folk, accomplished a heroic task when he led a small company of Dwarves (and one reluctant hobbit) to reclaim the Lonely Mountain from the dreaded dragon, Smaug the Golden.
