Details regarding The Lord of the Rings Online's next update are revealed

American developer Turbine Games has released details surrounding their next major content update for Free-to-Play MMO the Lord of the Rings Online. The Prince of Rohan will launch on December 12th with Update 5, and will continue the main story adding five new Isengard instances to the game.

Chief among them is a new locale called The Foundry: a new six player Isengard instance featuring three separate boss rooms.

LOTRO is also introducing a new feature called Instance Finder. The Instance Finder will allow players to quickly enter the new instances alone or with existing parties. Players will also earn additional rewards as they negotiate their way through randomly-selected instances and skirmishes. While this is a feature that seems to be finding its way into many MMOs these days, Instance Finder looks like it is going to be an invaluable tool for players looking for a quick instance or two without all of the associated preamble.
