Drops will change with book 12 but at the moment:

First 4 pages drop from Morroval in Duvaire (Ram Duarth, Angmar).
Last 4 pages drop from Snowreap Goblins in Misty Mountains.

This ability cuts the refresh time of your primary rez to 20 (Normal is 30 minutes) minutes as well as boosting the health recovered to 3/4 (normal is 1/2) and the power recovered to 1/2 (Normal is 1/4). This also places a 10 minute buff on the recovered fellowship member that boosts all attributes by +48.

In addition this trait also makes your Cry of Vengeance combat rez revive two party members when one falls rather than one.
