Level 15, you get fast draw as a trait. It costs 61s to equip it. WTF? This costs 5 times more than the level 15 quest granted trait for Champion. I confirmed with a GM that this was indeed the "correct" price, but I couldn't get a reason for it. Seems like all the quest granted first class traits should be the same price, and should be affordable at that level.
