All 13 Bundle quests will give you the trait of Patience. Notice some routes deviate from the paths but there is a reason. For instance, Michel Delving is accomplished from the North to get past the Nosey Hobbits. Some paths are because you can wade in the water but not swim like the one to deliver in Budgeford. It is best to stay on top of the hills whenever possible and watch for the mailbox icon which also shows where the Postman NPC's are located.

Postman Smallburrow is actually northeast of the town, on the road, at the last house on the east side of the roadm before the Bridgefields bridge.
