'The estates are back in order and while there is still much to do within them, that is work we can handle ourselves over time. The twilight fields are not yet safe however. There still remains Ost Heryn.
'Torogethir is charged with watching over this ruined fortress and while he has been able to do some work to prevent the problems there from growing, he has not had the time nor support to solve them.
'Follow the road east, towards the Northdowns. You will find Torogethir on a small hill north of the road above the ruins of Ost Heryn.'
