'Moria is full of ancient caches of the weapons of our forebears. Most of the finer stuff is long since gone, but the Orcs have found a trove of spears.
'They are dangerous weapons in the hands of a skilled opponent, (your name). I want you to recover them for us.
'Head north-west to the camp of Skrithurz-ulima. There you will find many Orcs who wield our ancient spears.'
Background
The Orcs of Moria have long plundered the caches of ancient dwarf-weapons stored within the ancient halls, but the spears that they now use are particularly vicious and deadly.
