'There are many goblins at Athmadhul who now lack Wargs to ride. If you were to attack them, they would not have their mounts to aid them, and they should fall easily in combat.

Background
Thw Warg-riders in the Dimril Dale have been terrorizing the dwarf-encampment at mekhem-bizru. With the Wargs thinned, it is now time to strike at the riders.
