I went to Suri and talked to Juha but he will not take my barter and offers no quests. And yes, he is in Suri, not Ja-rannit. I am NOT going to edit this quest at this time, though, because I have yet to find you DOES start the Introduction: quests, and where.

I just got the quest at 48 and it was blue, so I looked at it, and it's a level 46 quest...not level 50.
