The Wayward Bull  

Dude, seriously - and no offense meant whatsoever - but these are horrible directions.

First off, the Wayward Bull, which is a large Elk, is directly WEST of Ilmo, not east.
From Ilmo, you do head slightly north and then hook west. The Bull is west and just a little south of all the piekko roaming the drifts, where the named piekko, Tuima-kita, for a previous quest roams. The Bull's loc is @ 20.5N, 72.3W and it will show as a gold quest ring on your mini-map when you get close enough. Also, the Bull is lvl 48 regular mob and it only has 2,067 HP. It will fight with you through the escort, but it's defense is pretty much non-existant and any long term beating will surely take it down quickly. My suggestion, if doing this solo, which is possible, is to pop your best food just before starting the escort. Pop your battle lore and warding lore scrolls if you got 'em. Couple health/power pots can't hurt either, so maybe bring a couple with ya. From there basically just keep up with the Bull and keep it alive. If you clear out the piekko on your way to the Bull, given you can do it in a fairly timely fashion, then you should only encounter two piekko at a time, as there are those who spawn specifically as part of the escort of course. Anyways this is pretty much how I pulled it off solo. Was 47 at the time. Hunter. I'm race of Man so I used my one hour heal bout half way through the escort. Hope this info was a bit more helpful.
