Bilbo is in Rivendale in the Last Lonely House. There is a door on the left side as you enter the building. Bilbo has a riddle quest chain also.

They changed the main road route in the trollshaws to the Stone Troll Glade (see below for coords). To get there, head north as if you were going to do the spiders quests, then take a sharp turn east shortly before you get to the quest NPC. Follow the roads generally eastward until you arrive. Also you need to talk to someone "who knows what happened to the trolls." If you've ever read The Hobbit, this should be dead easy to arrange.

The glade is basically a straight shot north from the lone-lands to rivendale east to west road. One the map (M-key) look for the pass to the left of the bruinen gorges (north west of the b) text on the map or south of the first n in nan torneath (south west of the first n).

The stone troll glade where you find the three trolls who turned to stone while they bickered is at 31.2S, 18.2W
