For Elves and Dwarves, the NPC for this step is Mathi, in Gondamon, at the very top of the stairs. The ;loc for the Knight is 18.4S, 96.1W inside Ringdale, North of Gondamon - take a left up the hill when you enter the area, the Knight will be at the top of that pathway.
