    Helegrod Treasury

Background

At the behest of Master Elrond of Imladris, you have entered the abandoned treasury of Helegrod to end the Nazgûl's scheme to restore the dragon Thorog.

Notes

There is an obelisk at the bottom of the stairs, glowing with eldritch blue flames. Examine it to progress the quest. Now you must find three more obelisks in the tunnels. The correct tunnels are (clockwise from the first obelisk) 2, 4 and 5. Clear the mobs to the obelisks, then invoke the name of the Star-kindler, Elbereth (click on the obelisk). This will unlock the central chamber where the dragon's corpse waits.

When you enter the middle room Durgoth with raise Thorog but he cannot control it. You are left to face the Nazgul, a level 43 Nemesis, who has a very strong Dread aura. If you fail even once, although you revive INSIDE the front door, the Dread effect on you will be so high that, even with inspiration, you have no hope of winning this fight. However, there is no timer on the instance and the mobs do not respawn so you can sit at the door, wait out the revive Dread, and then try again.

One more thing, you must fight the Nazgul inside the central chamber. If he gets too close to an archway he will reset.

O Elbereth Starkindler, white-glittering, slanting down sparkling like a jewel, the glory of the starry host! Having gazed far away from the tree-woven lands of Middle-earth, to thee, Everwhite, I will sing, on this side of the Sea, here on this side of the Ocean!

O Elbereth Star-kindler, from heaven gazing afar, to thee I cry now beneath the shadow of death! O look towards me, Everwhite!

O! Elbereth Starkindler, white-glittering, slanting down sparkling like a jewel, the glory of the starry host

Starkindler, O! Elbereth!

We still remember, we who dwell in this far land beneath the trees, the starlight on the western seas.
