Instructions:
1. Go to 9.6S, 41.1W in EsteldÃn, right-click on the Door and enter.

2. On the desk by the column on your left, right-click on the book Of Arthedain and its Settlements.

3. Go back outside to 9.6S, 41.1W in EsteldÃn and speak with Istuienn.

4. Go to 9.6S, 42.1W in EsteldÃn and right-click on the Founding Stone. This is the founding stone of Dolindîr.

5. Go back to 9.6S, 41.1W in EsteldÃn and speak with Istuienn.

6. Go to 7.3S, 46.8W near the Point of Interest Ost Galumar and right-click on the Founding Stone. This is the founding stone of Carnoglin.

7. Go to 9.4S, 47.7W near the Point of Interest Ost Lagoros and right-click on the Founding Stone. This is the founding stone of Duintham.

8. Go to 11.2S, 52.0W near the Point of Interest Minas Vrûn and right-click on the Founding Stone. This is the founding stone of Henneth Rhún.

9. Go to 15.2S, 43.2W near the Point of Interest Merenost and right-click on the Founding Stone. This is the founding stone of Ost Ardúlin.

10. Go back to 9.6S, 41.1W in EsteldÃn and speak with Istuienn.

1. Of Arthedain and its Settlements is behind door 9.6S, 41.1W
2. Istuienn is outside of the same door 9.6S, 41.1W
3. the Stone of Dolindir is in Esteldin 9.6S, 42.1W
4. Return to Istuienn
5. Stone of Henneth Rhun 11.2S, 52.0W
Stone of Duintham 9.4S, 47.7W

Founding stone of duintham is real easy. it's located just a bit west of Orthonn in Ost Lagoros

You can find them all with search box at http://www.arda-online.com/map/, but Ost Ardulin one isnt there. To find that one go to 15,2 43,2.
