When you complete this deed, you get 700 Rep with the Iron Garrison Guards. The best place to do this deed is the Palace of Nain. Start out with weak-medium attacks until the Tough Shell damage mitigation corruption cracks, creating a debuff of Broken Shell. At this point all incoming damage is increased, and using the more powerful skills are more effective.
