Found him roming around the hut, Location on map is wrong, He has about 3k Health/Morale, I solo'ed him without perks or buffs on my 34 Champion.

I am working on this quest. Svalfang's location roams right at the hut and just to the west of the hut. The locations on the map are way east and should be near the hut.
