This guy can also be found in the Lonelands standing in a small camp with other giant-kind. He does not attack but you can see all of the saying something about the are bad but they can handle it. I dont have the coordinates but they are located south of Ost Guruth and just South of the path a little SouthWest from Talath Gaun.
